| Washed Cotton Twill fabric is
just as strong as our cotton twill fabric, however it has been
washed before the hat is made. As you can see by the close up
photo of the fabric, it has a smooth finish but with no sheen.
This is because the sizing has been washed out prior to making the
hat, leaving the fabric with a sturdy but softer hand, which
accepts embroidery beautifully. As with all our fabrics, a washed twill cap can be custom made for your order in any of the 8 different profiles available, which are illustrated on Custom Profile Style page. However, with the look of the fabric being so relaxed, most orders using this fabric call for an un-constructed hat. The back closure that is photographed in the inset photo is how the cap is priced on the price sheet. However, you can custom choose any back closure you like from Custom Closure Ideas .
